Shipping Cost

All orders within the continental US enjoy FREE standard ground service shipping. However, additional charges are levied for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the Florida Keys, islands regardless of bridge connectivity, and Canada. For accurate rates to specific locations, please reach out to our customer service. We predominantly use UPS and FedEx for most shipments.

Delivery Time

Your delivery duration is determined by combining order processing and shipping times. We usually process orders within 1-2 business days. Following this, the shipping typically spans 3-8 business days. It’s worth noting that delivery times can extend during peak periods and special promotions.

Where Does Be Unwhite Ship?

We’re equipped to dispatch orders across all 50 states and Washington D.C. within the US. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, exempting public holidays. Please be informed that we don’t ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order is accepted, we take approximately 24 hours on working days to process and dispatch your items. Post dispatch, a confirmation email will be forwarded to you, providing details of the shipment and a link enabling online tracking. The tracking details might need a few days to get activated.

Addressing Delivery Delays or Lost Packages

Although we employ reputed logistics partners that offer real-time tracking, unforeseen circumstances might lead to delays or lost packages. In such events, we genuinely apologize. Here’s our assurance:

A. Continuous Communication: We keep a constant check on your package’s journey and ensure you’re kept in the loop, updating you with relevant information.

B. Real-time Package Tracking: If there’s a noticeable delay, we have contingency plans. We can expedite a replacement or, if urgency demands, re-route the shipment via an alternative method after discussing it with you.

Damages

We shoulder complete responsibility for items that bear defects due to mishandling during packaging or manifest damages during shipping. We urge you to inspect the received items and their packaging. In case of visible damages, kindly mention it while acknowledging the receipt. Should the internal items be damaged, do capture the evidence and forward it to [email protected]. We will then handle the insurance claims for you.
