Products from Be Unwhite come with a 2-year warranty that envelops any defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty is exclusive to the original buyer and cannot be handed over.
Should you encounter any issues with a Be Unwhite product that falls under warranty, our dedicated Customer Service Team is ready to assist. We’ll collaboratively address the issue and if needed, organize a repair or replacement. Rest assured that any replacements or repairs will be directly managed by Be Unwhite in line with our warranty terms and conditions.
Remember, once the product packaging is opened or the item has been installed, it’s no longer termed “new and resalable”, hence cannot be returned. However, technical concerns will now fall under the 2-year manufacturer warranty, with Be Unwhite solely accountable for any product defects.

Return Policy
At Be Unwhite, we’re devoted to delivering an unmatched shopping journey. We acknowledge the potential inconvenience of online returns, but we aspire for you to truly cherish your acquisition. If our product doesn’t fully satisfy you, we aim to streamline the return process. You’re granted a 30-day window to return the order for a complete refund, given the product remains new and unused.
We willingly accept returns of untouched, new items within the first 30 days post-delivery, barring items on final sale.
Keep in mind, items not adhering to the mentioned standards might incur a restocking fee. If the return is instigated by user preferences rather than product quality, a return handling fee of 30% of the order cost will be applied.
There are no restocking fees for compliant returns. Refunds will cover the item’s purchase value, including relevant taxes, minus any deductions or shipping charges. Note that premium shipping charges aren’t refundable. The buyer is liable for return shipping expenses. We promise to process your return within 48 hours of its reception. Post processing, your bank should credit your account within 2-10 working days. You’ll be informed via email once your return is completed.
Returned products should be in a saleable state: new, untouched, unmodified, not installed, and free from damage.
All components and original packaging should be included. Non-compliant items can be declined upon receipt.
Until received, inspected, and approved in our storage, all items remain your property. Insure your returns as we’ll reject damaged goods. In case of damages, we’ll facilitate necessary documents for a claim with your shipper.

Upon delivery, inspect your order before endorsing any documents. In case a driver declines an inspection, write “inspection declined by driver”, and then sign.
Defective Items: Although we handle products meticulously, inspect your delivery upon receipt. Point out any damages to the delivery person and jot it down before signing. For significant damages, decline the product and reach out to us.
Accepting a delivery without examination implies acceptance of the product “as is”. Items already installed or used aren’t returnable.
Non-Compatible Products: Our 30-day return policy applies. Always conduct thorough research to ensure product compatibility with your setup. Secure permits in advance to avoid cumbersome and costly returns.
Packaging Requirements: Return in original packaging and in a saleable state. Considering the delicate nature of ceramic items, professional packaging is recommended. Always insure your shipment to cover potential damages.
